DERNIC Cloud Mining provides cryptocurrency mining services including:

• Cloud-based mining hardware rental
• Mining pool access and management
• Cryptocurrency earnings and wallet services
• Performance monitoring and analytics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 Mining Plans

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Mining equipment is cloud-based; no physical hardware is transferred

5.2 Generator Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are required to power mining operations
• Subscriptions do NOT auto-renew; manual renewal is required
• Expired subscriptions result in mining operations stopping
• No refunds for unused subscription time

5.3 Payment Methods

• We accept Bitcoin, USDT, PayPal, and credit/debit cards
• Payment processor fees may apply
• All transactions are processed in USD

6. Mining Operations and Earnings

6.1 Mining Performance

• Mining earnings are based on current network difficulty and cryptocurrency market conditions
• Displayed ROI and earnings are estimates and not guaranteed
• Actual earnings may vary due to market conditions
• We guarantee 99.9% platform uptime but are not liable for network downtime

6.2 Earnings Distribution

• Earnings are calculated hourly and added to your account balance
• Only active miners with valid generator subscriptions earn cryptocurrency
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $20.00

7. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed instantly for supported payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: $20.00
• We reserve the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals
• Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method
• We are not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses or payment details provided by users

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts or use fraudulent information
• Engage in any form of market manipulation or fraud
• Use automated systems or bots without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others

9. Referral Program

• Earn 5% commission on referral deposits
• Referrals must be legitimate users
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are prohibited
• We reserve the right to cancel referral commissions for suspicious activity

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. No refunds will be provided for active subscriptions or purchased miners.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• We suspect fraudulent activity
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• Your account remains inactive for 12+ months

13. Modifications to Terms
